I went in to have an alternator swapped out, and talk about above and beyond!I was greeted and was provided extraordinary customer service throughout the process. They add a free diagnostic / maintenance check to ensure your ride is equipped for the road, and better yet they text you a link of the full inspection (for us millennials.) This place is definitely the go-to if you're in the Kirkland area. Andy and his team did an awesome job; it's nice to see an auto shop that cares!

We have been using TLC for more than 17 years. We have found TLC (Andy and family) friendly, responsive and knowledgeable about auto maintenance. I will recommend TLC for any brand or model of autos. You won't regret it.

My review is late... I lovvveeeeeee these guys!!!! Please bring your car here..These ppl are very honest.. And the prices are very reasonable... My husband and I came here after reading the reviews... Arriving very scared and prepared to get ripped off as always... Omg Andy I think his name was... Super honest..you can hear it in his voice.. Not only did he fix my BMW for a great price.. He gave me a free inspection just to give me the heads up on the car.....He asked us how we were getting home and we told him the bus... Well he didn't find that to be a good idea so he put us in a loaner car.....LOL I feel sorry for anyone who doesn't come here... NO JOKE... I've never experienced an auto shop with this kind of honesty and kindness... ANDY YOUR A GOOD GUY! AND to anyone reading the comments... STOP WAISTING YOUR TIME AND GET YOUR BUTT DOWN THERE!!!! I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE.....

Been using TLC for several years now. Always get great advice on when to wait and when to make various repairs. Many times they will point out that I can wait rather than try to get everything done at once. I trust the opinions of both Andy and John.

Fantastic service, fast results. I've taken them everything from a big truck to a small cars, and they have never made me unhappy I went to them. They do everything they can to make it easier for you, including over the phone payments if you can't get in before they close. Great place to go of you just want it done right, done fast, and not have to wory about anything.
