Very professional and there's no over-selling. They even have a loaner that can be used, or they're willing to drop you off at work and pick you up (all within reasonable distance).

I had an issue with a promotion that they were running, and the guys at TLC went way above and beyond what they had to do to make it right. Can't say enough nice things about them, and while I don't live close enough to use them for everything, I'll be sending people their way at every opportunity. Thanks again!
