I called Owen to try and schedule a last minute buyer's inspection for a van I was hearing mixed things about (from another mechanic vs a dealer). He didn't have the time to do an inspection, but he spent time on the phone explaining to me what he thought was happening in the deal, and what his opinion on the van was. I was floored that he even took the time to talk to me and his advice was excellent. Thanks Owen!

Good prices, always willing to explain any car problems in detail. I love that if you're interested, they are as intentional about education regarding your car as they are about fixing it. Very helpful, response, and trustworthy. I always recommend this place to my friends.

As a first time car owner, I brought in my car to TLC and was greeted with nothing but friendliness, and great information. After they took the first look at the car I was clearly presented with all the items needing attention, and given a road map of when I should bring the car back in for continuos maintenance and overall great shape. The staff here is very open, friendly, and always eager to help. I'm glad I found this hidden gem of a shop and highly recommend TLC to anyone out there.

I always have taken my 2009 Nissan Rogue to the dealership for service/repairs. I had to get some work done to my car so being new to this area I looked on line for the reviews. I called a few auto repair shops nearby and TLC replied immediately to my email request. Their response to me was quick, respectful and professional. I went to their shop for an estimate and once again treated with the utmost respect and service. I decided to let them give me an estimate that day, they provided me with a loaner car and called me as soon as they had the estimate completed. I saved a lot of money and more than anything I feel I can trust this shop. I will recommend TLC to everyone. Thanks TLC
