Great service, and very methodical in showing where the problems are so you have high confidence that you're making informed decisions about the repairs.

They were recommended by a coworker a few years ago. I'm not a big fan of dealing with issues involving my car but I sincerely think they are one of the few honest mechanics out there.

A friend recommended TLC Auto Care as their years-long auto mechanic. I am still constantly surprised at the quality of service. The mechanics and owner actually know your name and remember who you are when you call on the phone. That's impressive. We've loved their service and never felt pressured to make repairs that we didn't want (on our work truck--some things aren't worth it). Great repairs. We have been 6+ times with our two vehicles and have yet to find fault.

I had my 60K service done. Andy was very professional and the final bill came in below their initial estimate, always a pleasant surprise.Would definitely recommend trying them out.

This place is great. Very honest, won't pressure you into repairs that you don't think you need, but are very willing to work with you and explain everything. As an engineer, I really like to understand why something needs to be repaired, and these guys are great about that. And their dog is awesome: wont bark at anything, huge gentle giant.

TLC Auto Care is great! For once it's nice to leave a repair shop with a good feeling. These guys are very knowledgeable, thorough, reasonably priced and QUICK! They talk through everything with you to make sure you understand what's going on with your car and that there are no surprises when the bill comes. I would recommend TLC Auto to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to return for more service myself.

Andy, John, and Jake the black lab are the best!!!For years I've been searching for a reliable and honest mechanic. I found them by going to the library and looking through a magazine that did those tests where they bring in a perfectly good car and see how many imaginary problems the shop comes up with. They gave TLC top marks for price and honesty. And in the last 6 years of using them I've been astonished at how motivated they are to do the right thing even when it comes to an opportunity to make an extra buck vs. the best interest of the client. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. GO! And just so you know I'm not a shill I own Seattle Green Limo and have been taking my cars to Andy since it's crucial to me they stay up and running. Time is literally money for me! GREAT repair shop for my Volvo. The owner, Andy, is a good and honest mechanic with reasonable rates. He talks to you about your car problems like a friend, not a service manager trying to squeeze you for every dollar. Andy remembers you when you come back in, remembers the work he did last time. It's like having a friend who fixes cars.They also offer a membership card where repeat customers get 5% off and your car has roadside assistance. We have AAA so we've never used that service, but it's just another indication of how thoughtful they are at TLC.I took my car here after having a bad experience at Barrier Volvo, and TLC took care of the whole problem for one-fifth what Barrier charged me.Great workmanship, great prices. I can't recommend TLC Auto highly enough.
