TLC inspected a used mini-van I was considering buying. They gave me a very complete written and oral evaluation of it - and suggested it was reasonable to buy it. However, on the way home from buying it, the air conditioner 'went out'. The next day I took it to them - as they had said it had been in good condition - and they found that a relay was 'going out', that is, working sometimes but not other times. They replaced the relay that turns on the compressor and offered to replace the relay that turns on the fan, as it was likely to do the same thing soon. They only charged for the parts (though it was as easy to replace those parts as it is to replace fuses). Both jobs were done in a very timely manner and with great professionalism. I'm very pleased with them.
