This was our first time... the experience wasa really great and Andy stands out as a very honest and sincere person and a businessman... We loved it! I am sure others will like it too... we had lower quotes from others and we went to TLC Auto because the reviews we read were better... and we are happy we did that.

Our family's vehicles have been under the care of Andy and family at TLC for over 20 years, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Everyone at TLC is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Andy is always happy to answer all my questions clearly and completely, and safely and accurately prioritizes any repairs and/or services that do not need to be done at the time of a particular visit. I have always found Andy, John, and all of the TLC team to be honest, fair and conscientious in all they do. I'm always happy to have a chance to spread the word!

This shop gets my HIGHEST rating. If you own an Audi, take it to TLC AutoCare.I had to have the top end rebuilt on my A6. It wasn't going to be cheap, and I wanted someone who had done it before. TLC came highly recommended. Too bad for them, because my car turned out to be a HUGE pain in the ass for TLC. Long story short, not only did they go the extra mile to make EVERYTHING work, but now the car drives like a brand new car. I am ridiculously pleased with the level of attention to detail that both the owners and the mechanics showed me during the course of the engine rebuild ordeal. TLC went to great lengths to ensure that when I drove away it was as a satisfied customer, not as someone who felt like he'd just had several mortgage payments extorted from him.TLC is - in my opinion - THE BEST I've ever seen when it comes to mechanical automotive repair. I plan to make them my go-to shop for my Audi for as long as I own the car - if they'll still have me after all the grief they had to go through.If you're ANYWHERE near Totem lake(they're right behind the Arco on 116th) you should take your car here. You won't be disappointed - this place is top notch. Period.Andy and John, thank you for restoring my faith in automobile mechanics. You guys rock!
