A great experience with my 2015 Subaru Forester. So great, I took my second car (2013 Lexus ES350 in for service a week later! Knowledgeable, friendly. on-time and reasonable prices. They won't suggest unneeded sevices/parts.

Melissa saved me when I needed it most. My Kia Sportage was dead. I had tried jumpstarting it to no avail - I didn't know whether whatever was wrong would cost me a little or a lot. I called her and told her the situation and she immediately surmised it was a dead battery. She said she was nearby and would buy one for me on her way home. Half an hour later she was here, the new battery was in, and I was on the road again. She is gold.

My experience at TLC autocare was great! They were very kind and had awesome communication throughout the process. I told them about multiple concerns I had with my vehicle and they diagnosed the vehicle and explained the issues they found. Not once did try and sell me on unnecessary work. They got me in and out, I found my new shop!

Thank you for helping me with my car disaster! It was a long arduous journey to replace my engine - dealing with the warranty company, etc. They leant me a car to drive during the process which enabled me to get around without too much worry. I could see why they are TLC 👍

Andy was great at explaining the work and the online diagnosis with pictures of the problem areas was awesome. They are honest and fair. Actually came in under my estimate. I'm definitely going back with any future work.

Great experience at TLC. I was told by the Nissan dealership that my brakes were at 3mm about 2 months ago. I set up a brake inspection at TLC, thinking that I would need to replace my brakes as well. Andy let me know that my brakes were actually at 5-6mm and wouldn't need replacement for a while. I appreciate the honest work they do here and will be definitely returning in the future.
