Honest, ethical, and professional. Edit: I brought my car in again for unrelated issues. I have an older Bronco, the guys chased down the ghosts, and even though some parts are hard to get, Andy and his crew know where to find things others can't. She runs so quiet now you don't know she's on. This is the only shop I go to when I live in the area. Thanks guys.

We had a wonderful experience with TLC! They explained all services our car needed thoroughly and made sure we were comfortable with everything that needed to be done and the price quote before they started working. Andy was extremely kind and went above and beyond and shuttled my husband after their closing hours so we could pick up our car before they closed for the weekend. They never tried to swindle us into services we didn’t need-which other mechanics we’ve gone to have done. Highly recommend!

I found TLC AutoCare on a google search and read all the positive reviews people aren't kidding the customer service here is above and beyond! I called in the late morning was able to get my car there by 1:30 was given a brand new 2018 Ford Hybrid rental for the remainder of the day. I received a call roughly an hour later with a quote that was very reasonable. They had my car fixed and ready to go by 5:00pm that same day. I will definitely being going back in the future and recommending them to my family and friends!

Very glad I was able to find TLC. I recently bought a BMW to restore. I will do the work that doesn't require a lift for long periods I had decided. After that decision was made I needed to find a shop that would, and one that would do it right.... not cut cost by some offline parts...ect. TLC uses the best parts sourced from the manufacture's there by beating BMW repair estimates easily while providing the same high quality repairs when needed. I had my oil pan gasket and motor mounts repaired at the same time, I was charged less hours as the jobs had some over lap in labor. What sold me on the shop and why I will come back is the mechanic explained the wear on my twin turbos, and were other shops would want me to fix right then, it was explained better now than later. But nothing that had to be done that day. Having worked on cars as a hobby my whole life there are VERY few shops that I trust, TLC is now one of those!
